Is my shipment insured?Yes! All our deliveries are fully insured at no extra cost to you. We confirm receipt of your order with a signature, ensuring everything is in order when it arrives to you.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?Please contact us within two days and inform us about the damage, including photos. Please note that we can only process your order once you report the damage to us. Once the damage has been assessed, we will send you an email with an appropriate solution.

Do I have a right of return?We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer our customers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that custom-made commissioned works are excluded from this return policy. These pieces are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications. To initiate a return, please contact us via email within the 14-day period to receive further instructions.
